Refund policy
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on MD Sweet Dreams, subject to the conditions outlined below. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the refund process outlined below.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, at least 50% of the product must remain unused and be returned. This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer per household and applies to first-time purchases only. We cannot offer a refund on product requests that have exceeded the initial 30 days since receipt of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, please contact My Destiny Products at the relevant email address noted below in order to obtain approval and an RMA number (Return of Merchandise Authorization) and any other necessary instruction. Returns cannot be processed without an accompanying RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product. Approved refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only — original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

United States: To start a return, contact support@mydestinyproducts.com. Returns will need to be sent to My Destiny Products LLC, 6445 FM 1463 RD STE 160, #162, Katy TX 77494. All returns must clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Japan: For returns processing in Japan, contact JPsupport@mydestinyproducts.com for an RMA reference number. Local return instructions will be provided at this time.
United Kingdom: For returns processing in the United Kingdom, contact UKsupport@mydestinyproducts.com for an RMA reference number. Local return instructions will be provided at this time.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on items considered "Final Sale," certain sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at the relevant support email address.
