How It Works
If you are not satisfied with your MD Sweet Dreams purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Contact us first. Before returning any product, reach out to our support team at support@mydestinyproducts.com to initiate the process. We may be able to resolve your concern without a return.
- Return the unused portion. The product must be returned with at least 50% of the contents remaining.
- One guarantee per customer. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one claim per customer per household.
- Proof of purchase required. Your original order number must be provided when requesting a refund.
- Refund amount. Approved refunds cover the product purchase price only — original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
What Is Not Covered
- Products returned after the 30-day window
- Products that are more than 50% used
- Second or subsequent purchases by the same customer
- Orders where the guarantee has previously been claimed
